Our Mission
Southern Indiana Housing & Community Development Corporation (SIHCDC) is a not-for profit Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) as designated by the Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority IHCDA, that promotes the welfare of residents in 11 Indiana counties by improving the quantity and quality of affordable housing available to low- and moderate-income individuals and families. We strengthen communities through housing development, preservation, and supportive services that help residents achieve stability and self-sufficiency.
