Tobi is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in grant development and administration, successfully driving projects across both the private and public sectors. She is proficient in engaging diverse stakeholders and communities, leading to the successful execution of complex initiatives.

She holds certifications as an OCRA Grant Administrator and a Community Development Corporation Executive. Tobi's academic background includes a B.S. in Business Finance and Economics from the University of Missouri and an MBA from Florida State University.

Angie is an OCRA Certified Grant Administrator with over 20 years of administrative experience. She supports grant administration, oversees labor standards compliance for SRF projects, and provides accounting support and office management services for ARa.

Armica Bash-Gaspar

Grant Manager

Armica has experience supporting community development initiatives and strengthening communities in Indiana. She assists with the administration and compliance of state and federal grant programs and has served as a Program Manager for the state's CDBG planning grants, and coordinated and managed the grant administrator training, certification, and continuing education program.

With experience across private, public, and nonprofit sectors, she is skilled in training, coaching, and professional development. Armica holds a Master of Arts in Education in Adult Education and Training and a Bachelor of Science in Management, and she is currently pursuing her Doctor of Management degree. She is also a certified Life Coach.

Darian leverages technology and data to drive process improvements and promote social wellness in community development. As a Certified Community Development Corporation Executive and OCRA Grant Administrator, she plays a crucial role in supporting the organization's initiatives.

Darian currently leads the IEDC READI and IHCDA grants, while providing key support across SIHCDC. Her academic credentials include a B.S. in Informatics from IU Southeast and an A.S. in Database Design and Management from Ivy Tech.

Robin has a diverse high-tech background with 30+ years in the private sector. He is an OCRA Certified Grant Administrator status. Robin currently serves as an external Project Manager, supporting grant administration and project delivery efforts. He is a graduate of the University of Bristol in the United Kingdom.
