Campaign Flats Senior Apartments

Seven two-bedroom apartments for income-qualified seniors (62 and older). Apartments range in size from 879-1023 square feet. SIHCDC is now pre-leasing apartments.

Campaign Quarters and the Windsor Apartments

Durbin Hotel (Campaign Quarters) and Knights of Pythias (The Windsor) have been divided into 19 units of senior apartments and 7 units of multifamily apartments, respectively. The project includes the conversion of the current city hall into a parking lot for all three properties (Campaign Flats) owned by SIHCDC.
